H.E. Pham Viet Anh
H.E. Pham Viet Anh is the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam to the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Permanent Representative of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam to the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) since July and September 2020.
Ambassador Pham had served in key positions at the Ministry of Foreign of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam including as the Director-General (Chief Inspector) (2017-2020), Deputy Director-General of the Organization and Personnel Department (2015-2016, and 2008-2010), and as a Researcher on Ho Chi Minh Ideology at the Ho Chi Minh Academy of Politics (1987-1997).
His postings abroad include as the Minister Counselor of the Embassy of Viet Nam in France (2011-2014), and a Second and First Secretary at the Embassy of Viet Nam in Algeria (2001-2005).
Ambassador Pham is married and has two children.
